These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FeedPipeline at https://feedpipeline.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

FeedPipeline provides a free web-based tool to query public DNS data related to email infrastructure (including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX records, nameservers, and blocklist signals). The Service is offered for informational purposes only.

No professional advice

Results are based on public DNS data at the time of lookup and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. The Service does not constitute legal, deliverability, or technical advice. You are responsible for verifying results and for decisions you make about email infrastructure, compliance, or outreach campaigns.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service or related systems
  • Use automated means to scrape or abuse the Service beyond reasonable personal or business use
  • Use the Service to harass others or to probe systems you are not authorized to assess
  • Misrepresent affiliation with FeedPipeline or our operators

Third-party DNS and data

Checks rely on third-party DNS infrastructure (including Google Public DNS). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or policies. Blocklist and DNS results reflect third-party list operators' rules and may change without notice.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, branding, and original content, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RESULTS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER — AND BECAUSE THE SERVICE IS FREE, THAT AMOUNT IS TYPICALLY ZERO.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Changes

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or discontinue the Service, or restrict access, at any time without liability. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
